Description:
West Valley City will hold a municipal election this fall to elect a Mayor for a four-year term; a Councilmember At-Large for a four-year term; a Councilmember from District 2 for a four-year term; and a Councilmember from District 4 for a four-year term.
Qualified candidates must file (or a petition for a qualified individual may be filed) in person with the City Recorder from June 1, 2021 to June 7, 2021 (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from 8 AM to 5 PM. Pursuant to the State Code the deadline for filing is 5 PM on June 7th. A filing fee of $25.00 is required for each candidate.
