The Wellness Bus will be at Centennial Park every Monday from 9 AM – 1 PM offering COVID-19 testing for those with coronavirus symptoms.
If you have any of the following symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, call 801-413-3248 to schedule a test. You may also visit the testing site without an appointment.
