Description:
West Valley City invites middle school and high school art students to participate in the 7th Annual Student Arts Festival. All participating students will receive a recognition certificate from West Valley City and will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 Gift Card. New this year is the “People’s Choice Category.” Students can enter one piece of artwork into this category allowing patrons to place their vote for their top choice.
