This Memorial Day weekend, the Town of Castle Rock Parks and Recreation Department is inviting the public to paddle and kayak on the reservoir. The reservoir has not yet opened for public access, so these events are great opportunities to explore this scenic reservoir. Boat inspections will be on-site. Registration is required. Rueter-Hess Reservoir is located on Hess Road, one mile east of I-25 at the Castle Pines Parkway exit.
