Check out new exercise formats like Tabata, Dance & Sculpt, HIIT and more. Challenge yourself by trying out a new and fun fitness class. Classes are open to all fitness levels and the entire family is welcome! A different format will be featured each week.
Changes will be made to accommodate social distancing and State health guidelines. Also, registration is required.
