As a first-time mom, you may be uncertain about what to expect during labor and delivery. Register for our free Childbirth class and equip yourself with the knowledge you need to understand the general labor and delivery process.
Learn how to tell if you’re in labor, the difference between induction and natural labor, what to bring to the hospital, pain management, and more from a former Labor and Delivery Nurse!
The Childbirth Class will be held on August 12th from 6 to 8 p.m. To register, please call or text 719-544-9312. Participants can earn diapers, baby clothing, and baby supplies. Bring a friend or family member as support if you’d like.
